PRICING
Many things are taken into consideration when pricing a tattoo; size, location, detail etc...
Since most of the tattoos I do tend to be larger, I charge by full day sessions which are $1200.
This accounts for a time block from 11am-5:30pm. I will arrive at 10am and begin getting set up for the tattoo, you will arrive at 11am and I will show you the design, we then start the stenciling process and begin tattooing. We will call it a day at 5:30pm and begin cleaning and bandaging the tattoo. The very first session sometimes takes a little longer to get going because of stencil application, for the follow up sessions we get to tattooing almost immediately since the client basically just needs to arrive and we can begin tattooing.
Half sleeves are normally broken up into somewhere around 2-4 sessions depending on how much work is being done.
Full sleeves would probably be somewhere around 6-7 sessions.
Sometimes with large projects I need a few extra hours to finish the tattoo, but not a full day. In those cases we will have another session at a pro-rated amount for the time allotted, this is normally somewhere around $600-$800.
*Note: These aren't guaranteed session amounts, it all comes down to what's actually being tattooed, client's size, how well a client sits, etc...
With large projects I like to hold a touch up session, these are free with no charge to the client. I will have the client reach out to me around 3 months after the tattoo has been finished and we have given it some time to settle in, I will then evaluate the tattoo and see if we need to do a little something. For the most part, this is something I do for myself to make sure the tattoo is the absolute best it can be.
Half Day sessions are $650 and this accounts for a 3 hour block, normally from 11am-2:30pm, or 3pm-6:30pm.
Keep in mind if choosing this route, it will take longer to get your project done.
Smaller tattoos will be priced by design.
This quote is determined by the final size, detail, location, and an estimate on how long it will take me to do the tattoo.
